Welcome to Bosun PKM Tools. By accessing our portal or downloading and using our applications (FreENEXt and Galley Suite), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Software Licensing & Dual-License Model
Our open-core libraries (such as freenext-core and galley-core) are distributed under the permissive Apache License 2.0. You are free to modify, compile, and use the open-source portions in accordance with that license.
However, our packaged binary builds, premium command-line interfaces, desktop application wrappers, and commercial features (such as On the Line KDS) are proprietary products of Bosun PKM. Standard license keys are restricted to personal or single-operator culinary use, and redistribution of the core conversion engines in third-party commercial systems requires a separate B2B enterprise agreement.
2. AI Vault Migration Processing (Non-Refundable)
FreENEXt offer transactional AI migration tools (including local PDF OCR and LLM table formatting) billed on a pre-paid basis:
- All payments made for prepaid credit packs or custom migration invoices are strictly non-refundable once processing has commenced.
- We offer a free sample migration of up to 3 notes and 1 OCR document to verify parser compatibility prior to purchase.
3. Zero-Liability for Data Loss
Because our tools run locally and encrypt files locally, you are entirely responsible for the security and backup of your vaults. We provide our software "as is" and exclude all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Bosun PKM be liable for data loss, corrupted databases, or failed database synchronization.
4. Prohibited Commercial Kitchen Usage
The consumer Galley Home OS application is not licensed for commercial restaurant food service operations. Restaurant operators, catering services, and food service fleets must purchase the dedicated **On the Line (OTL)** commercial subscription or the **On the Line Self-Hosted KDS** license.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our company registration, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend subscription access to the Encrypted Cloud Sync Relay or terminate licenses for users who violate local laws, attempt to reverse-engineer private licensing code, or abuse our server API endpoints.
